Fixed an issue where the player character would not be able to hit an opponent with a red shell when that opponent was jumping on a half-pipe. Most of the update, according to the patch notes, focuses on fixing bugs and making some gameplay adjustments. The new content also comes with an update to the base game, bringing the game to version 2.3.0. Well, as promised, Nintendo has released the 4th wave of the Booster Course Pass. Of course, when the release of a new wave of DLC occurs, it usually coincides with an update to the base game. 
You may recall that, a week ago, Nintendo had officially announced that the 4th wave of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass would be releasing on March 8th.
